	Chelmsford Arts Multiplex Masterplan for the Development of Arts Venues in Chelmsford
	artsdepot at Tally Ho Corner, North Finchley A flexible 400-seat theatre and 180-seat studio space. Part of combined commercial, arts and residential development for The London Borough of Barnet.
	Castle Theatre, Wellingborough Interpretation of a market study analysis, design of newbuild, multi-function arts centre with 500-seat auditorium and incorporation of existing studio theatre space (100 seats).
	Theatr Mwldan, Cardigan The new and refurbished auditoria, media centre and front of house spaces opened to the public in 2004.
